Bar Brasso from the team behind Darby's, is offering a diverse culinary experience throughout the day. Robin Gill has teamed up with Cibo, led by founder Vittorio Maschio, who brings ingredients straight from Italian producers to our counter. 

​In the mornings, starting at 8am, it operates as a bakery serving fresh pastries, sourdough bagels, coffee, juices and more. 

At lunchtime, Bar Brasso transforms into a cafe serving fresh salads, sandwiches and comforting seasonal plates. You will also find a deli counter stocked with the finest italian cured meats, cheeses and speciality products to take home.   

​As the day turns to evening, Bar Brasso becomes a cicchetti and tapas bar, inspired by the Venetian bacari and the vibrant food culture of San Sebastian. Small plates designed for sharing meet a carefully curated list of cocktails, vermouths and wines, bringing a taste of Europe's most exciting food scenes to Nine Elms.
